Our steps include:

• Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
• Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
• Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

These are trying times; all of us are being forced to make difficult decisions concerning our health and our environment. We have reached a point in dealing with COVID-19 that we need to make some personal and professional decisions.

If you have medical conditions or have individuals in your household that could be severely compromised by this disease and you feel you cannot function in the workplace (If You Don't Feel Safe), come see me. Your job will not be at risk. You effectively can lay yourself off. Your layoff will be for the duration of the COVID-19 to avoid risk to you and your love ones.

When public safety officials (State, Federal) presume public health is no longer being compromised. We will ask those employees who have taken layoffs to return. This is also constituted by our business returning to "Business as Usual", the market and our customers will dictate our return to "Business as Usual" in Sales, Service and Parts.

None of us has ever been through anything like this. We all need to make hard decisions to care for our health and our business.
